No More Snow!!

 The car pics are from our trip to Texas last week but it seems like we brought the warm weather back with us, it is gorgeous here!

 We did have to have a little driving lesson with Noah he seemed not care as much about the steering wheel as he did the gas pedal, he got the hang of it though in no time.

Snow Fun

Grandma came and built a fort with Noah!

 

The next day Levi, Noah and I got outside for a bit and Noah 'painted' the walls of his fort!  And now today the snow is all gone as well as our fort...until the next snowfall!

Oh Iowa Weather

I have said it before and I will say it again, what strange weather we have been having.  But we are enjoying ALL of it, hope y'all are too.  The first two pics were taken the 1st of the month...I think Levi was a little uncertain that I was actually going to let him crawl out the backdoor.  :-)  The last 4 pics were taken today, Levi's first 'real' time outside to play in the snow.  He and Noah enjoyed eating it!

I Love February 3...Cookies

I was so happy to have a roll of frozen cookie dough in the freezer, it has just been one of those afternoons that a warm chocolate chip cookie makes it all better!  It's the little things in life really.  Happy Friday everyone.

I Love February 1...Creations

Noah has a HUGE love for his Legos and his dad could not be more proud.  Noah loves to create with his Legos.  At first he would get all the little guys together give them swords, bows, and helmets but now he is starting to make fortresses and build space ships.  Here are a few pictures that Noah took of his Legos.

Levi Stats

I have never been good at recording all the boy's milestones but here are Levi's stats from his 9 month appointment:
Weight: 20.5 pounds
Height: 28.5 inches

Our boy is happy and healthy besides the recent ear infection and nasty diaper rash.  He is a very happy baby until recently to take naps and bedtime.  He has 6 teeth now: 4 on top, 2 on the bottom.  Eating some table foods: cheerios, green beans, cooked carrots, yogurt, scrambled eggs (still not sure about these), and I might have given him a little bit of a zucchini brownies that I made the other day!
Still in love with his brother and smiles every time Noah walks into the room.  He also loves to go into the bathroom and seems to know instantly when someone has opened the door or has left the door to the bathroom open.  He prefers to crawl over things instead of going around.  He is pulling himself up on furniture, boxes, toys, etc and even stepping along or moving the item.  He babbles a lot and has been caught climbing the stairs when we forget to put the gate up. 

I just can't believe that in 3 months we will be celebrating our baby's 1st birthday!
